How do I upgrade my WHMCS license?

As a 20i reseller, you can buy a discounted WHMCS license. If you already have a WHMCS license, you can also upgrade your existing WHMCS license to accommodate more clients. Here’s how to do it in a few quick steps. 

Step 1: Go to the WHMCS Page

Access the WHMCS management page by visiting: https://my.20i.com/whmcs

Step 2: Upgrade License

Find and click on the Options button.

Select Upgrade from the available options.

Step 3: Select a new WHMCS Plan

Find a new WHMCS plan from the available list and then select Upgrade.

Step 4: Purchase the new WHMCS plan

Once you have selected your new WHMCS plan, complete the checkout process.

Step 5: Reissue License

Find and click on the Options button.

Select Reissue License from the available options.

Step 6: Log Back Into WHMCS

Return to your WHMCS admin login page.

Enter your credentials and log in to your dashboard.

Note: For the upgrade to take effect, you must reissue your license first.
