If you've checked WHOIS or IP lookups and found that your domain is listed with 20i, even though you didn't purchase it directly from us, you may have some questions as to why this is the case and what it means for you:

What is 20i?

20i is a domain registrar and reseller hosting provider, which means that some domains might have been registered through us by a third party, such as your hosting provider or web developer.

What does it mean for the domain I've purchased?

Rest assured that the domain registration will still be registered in your name and contact information. You remain the rightful owner of the domain, and 20i does not claim ownership over it.

What if I want to move my domain away from 20i?

You have the freedom to transfer your domain away from 20i at any time. We do not impose any restrictions or claim control over your domain. You simply need to contact the person or company from whom you purchased your domain and they will be able to make steps to move the domain away from 20i.

Who do I contact if I have any problems with my domain?

If you encounter any issues with your domain, your first step should be to contact the company or individual through whom you purchased the domain. They are our customer, and we are unable to make changes without their approval.

What if I can't reach them?

If you're unable to reach the reseller of your domain, we can assist you by providing their contact details and facilitating communication between you and the reseller.

In summary, while your domain may be listed with 20i as the registrar, your ownership and control over the domain remain unaffected and your domain reseller will be able to assist you with any issues that arise.
