Using the My20i Dashboard

The customisable dashboard provides a streamlined view of your account data through various widgets and allows easy navigation to different parts of My20i. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to manage and personalise your dashboard to best fit your needs.

Managing Your Dashboard Widgets

Accessing Widget Management:

• To start customizing, click the ‘Edit Widgets’ button located at the top of your dashboard. This will open a modal window where you can manage your widgets.

Adding and Removing Widgets:

• In the widget management modal, you will see a list of available widgets.
• Check the box next to each widget you want to add to your dashboard.
• To remove a widget, simply uncheck the box.

Rearranging Widgets:

• You can drag and drop widgets to arrange them in your preferred order. Click and hold a widget, then drag it to a new location on the dashboard and release.

Configuring Widgets:

• Some widgets may require additional configuration when added. For example:
  • If you add a widget to display data for a specific website or cloud server, you will need to select which service it should monitor.
• You can add multiple instances of the same widget, each configured to show data for different services.

Managing Navigation Elements

In addition to widgets, you can also customize navigation sections of your control panel homepage.

Accessing Navigation Settings:

• Click the ‘Edit Widgets’ button, then select the ‘Navigation Elements’ tab at the top of the modal.

Showing or Hiding Navigation Sections:

• Toggle the switches next to each navigation section to show or hide specific elements on your dashboard.
