To set your brand domain and URLs (which will be used for your custom control panel login, webmail and more) head to Reseller Preferences > Reseller Customisation. This is where you'll configure various options about your Reseller brand as well as configurable options in StackCP to make the most out of the White-Label Reseller Hosting we offer.

To set the URL that will be used for your custom control panel, head to the section entitled Control Panel URLs.

The Brand Domain is used to define the control panel URLs for services such as FTP and phpMyAdmin.

You have two options when setting the Brand Domain:

  • Select A Specific Domain – Set a particular domain to brand your shop and control panels. This will configure all control panel links to use the chosen domain.
  • All Domains – Allow customers to use their own domains to access the control panel URLs. If you select this option, you must also set a Primary Brand Domain for your HostShop.

Note: There is no need to select a Primary Brand Domain if you choose a Brand Domain.

In the example above, we have chosen mydomain.com as the brand domain, and therefore we have URLs such as cp.mydomain.com. Your domain name will need to be registered with 20i in order for us to add the custom DNS.

Note: If you enable and use HostShop, this subdomain will also be the storefront where your clients can go to make purchases for new products and services that you sell.

You may wish to add other branded URLs such as SSH, phpMyAdmin or the Web Builder.

When done, select Save to confirm the changes.
